update

Just a quick update.  It looks like our young neighbor who has caused some problems over the last year is back at 6 Pine Grove.  I hadn't seen him for at least 2 months.

Last Monday (7/15) I saw a cab pull up in front of my house on Cedar Terrace around 5pm and saw someone run through the Clark's yard and I thought to myself... "here we go again".  I spoke to the cab driver and the girl passenger (probably a girlfriend, I have seen them together every time I see him) in the back seat, he had run to go get money to pay the cab fare.  When he jumped back over the fence I asked him not to cut through the yard and when he went back he walked around on the street.  The old man cut over the fence too but I didn't bother going back out to talk to him, didn't look like he would be able to walk that far on the street and hopefully got the message from the kid.
So far, things have been quiet.  Saw them sitting on their front steps yesterday and said hello.

Hopefully things will remain quiet but I just wanted to let everyone know.  Seems like they can't get a cab to go to their address so they usually end up on Cedar Terrace, which they have been doing for well over a year.  Milton Police said they won't really do anything about trespassing but I think it is still worth noting given the history we have with the residents of that address.
