SAVE THE DATE: Blocktoberfest 2014 will be taking place on Saturday September 27th. I know that you are thinking that it is not even in October, but for the record, the real Oktoberfest in Germany starts in the middle of September, so work with us here. Last year’s event was outstanding. It was the perfect time to celebrate the great neighborhood we live in, and meet new neighbors and friends.
More specific details to come on the event, but we wanted to get this date on everyone’s radar before your fall schedule fills up.
Please share this date with any new neighbors we may have missed on the email distribution. Lastly, all volunteers (or new ideas) for planning this 2014 event are welcome. Please feel free to reach out to us with anything you think can make this event even better.
